Financial Aid Details
- Financial aid will cover three main areas:
- Premiums for calves born from nurse cows
- Premiums for calves born from other cattle
- Slaughtering assistance
- Total funding amounts to nearly €5.88 million, with:
- €475,000 allocated for the first two categories
- €3.93 million for slaughter subsidies
- Aid per animal varies:
- Calves from nurse cows will receive €329
- Calves from other cattle will receive €126
- Slaughter premiums depend on the age of the animal:
- €75 for younger calves
- €330 for older animals
