Purpose of the New Employment List

• To ensure the effective delivery of employment, training, and labor services
• Support social cohesion and economic development in the archipelago
• Facilitate the swift filling of vacancies, substitutions, and urgent staffing needs
• Focus on positions involving labor market guidance, employment mediation, and active employment policies

Selection Process

• Based on a merit concurso
• Scores are assigned for experience, education, and additional merits
• Maximum of 10 points
• Candidates must meet specific requirements, including academic qualifications and experience
• At least 2 points needed to qualify
• 5% of available positions reserved for candidates with disabilities (minimum 33% disability recognition)

• Submission of electronic applications
• Auto-qualification of merits

• The list has indefinite validity
• May be terminated early based on organizational needs
