The Canary Islands government has approved a series of organizational changes to better manage the funds received through the European Union's Recovery and Resilience Facility, part of the Next Generation EU program.

The reforms follow the recent modification of the Strategic Planning Instrument (IPE), which guides how funds are managed within the regional administration.

The restructuring ensures a more agile and transparent management of nearly 673 billion euros allocated through the Recovery Mechanism and the REACT-EU initiative.
