La Oliva Joins New Digital Platform for Social Services

Overview

The Municipality of La Oliva in the Canary Islands has officially joined a new digital platform aimed at improving social services management.

On March 25, 2025, the local government approved its adhesion to a nationwide agreement signed in November 2024 between Spain's Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption and the 2030 Agenda and the regional government.

This new system, called SEGISS, will replace the older SIUSS platform and enhance data exchange via SIESS, streamlining social services coordination.
