- Be current on taxes, social security, and debts to local authorities.
- Not have initiated the work beyond 30% of its budget at the time of application.
- Only one request per applicant is allowed, which can include multiple interventions or locations.

- The funding is part of the 2026 budget, estimated at 600,000 euros.
- Approval depends on the final budget enactment.
- The application deadline is two months from the issue date, August 25, 2025.
