On February 13, 2026, the university approved the definitive list of job assignments, which now officially dictates where staff will serve starting March 20, 2026.

This move follows an earlier provisional assignment made in January, giving staff ten days to contest or appeal the decisions.

Positions are considered voluntary and irrenunciable unless individuals secure a new appointment through a public call before taking their new posts.

Staff members will cease their current roles on March 19 and assume their new duties the following day.

The university will be closed from late March to early April, August, and December to early January, during which time any claims must be submitted through official electronic or postal channels.
